Damaged items If your items arrive damaged please contact us right away at email@example.com with your order number. Typically we request that you provide us with an emailed photo of the damaged product.
Due to the fragile nature of some edible icing flowers and sugars, we expect that a few will be damaged during shipment. You should order accordingly. Typically they arrive in perfect condition.
